The Professional School of Accounting of the Universidad Peruana Unión held the University Tax and Customs Meeting 2021 with the aim of disseminating knowledge on tax and customs matters as well as to strengthen tax awareness within the society.
The event was attended by the authorities of the Faculty of Business Sciences and officials of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT), among them: Mr. Roberto Serrano Torres, supervisor of the Tax and Customs Culture Management; Mr. José Antonio and Mr. Bruno Segovia Pino Gamarra, specialists of the Tax and Customs Culture Management.
During the two days, training sessions were given by specialists, among them, Mr. César Vieira Cervera, specialist of the Tax and Customs Culture Management; Mr. Ulises Obregón Sánchez, specialist in the area of Guarantees of the Customs Collection Division – INCA; Mr. David Rodríguez Bullón, tax auditor of the Customs Collection Division – INCA; and Mr. David Rodríguez Bullón, tax auditor of the Customs Collection Division – INCA. David Rodríguez Bullón, tax auditor in the Audit Division of Principal Taxpayers Intendencia Lima; and CPC Robert Dávila Lázaro, labor, commercial and financial tax advisor of important companies in the north of Peru; who presented the topics: «Peru: Everyone’s Effort», «Pay Taxes Easily», «Audit Procedures», and «Tax Statute of Limitations», respectively.
In this way, the guest speakers contributed to the dissemination of practical knowledge from the places they have been exercising within society.
Administrative personnel, teachers, students and the general public participated actively in the event and consolidated their competencies as professionals.
