The Business Science Unit of the Graduate School of the Universidad Peruana Unión (UPeU) participated in the 12th International Conference on E-business, Management and Economics (ICEME 2021) organized by the Beijing University of Technology.
The event was held virtually and attended by representatives of various universities from the countries of Croatia, Austria, Australia, Scotland, United Kingdom, China, Indonesia, United States, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Iran, Peru among others.
Dr. Marcos Flores, Academic and Research Coordinator; Mg. Danny Millones, and Msc. Raquel Hernandez, who presented the research articles entitled «Determinants of the Employability of Recent University Graduates in the Context of a Developing Country. Validation of a short instrument of 20 items» and «Analysis of the loyalty and intention to return of the university student: challenges of educational management in a crisis context».
The research articles presented provided diverse contributions, emphasizing educational research, educational management, econometric analysis applied to business economics, innovation management, regional economic development, resource management, organizational behavior, and economic mathematics and econometrics in the financial market.
ICEME 2021 focused on topics in the areas of entrepreneurship, business administration, quality management, energy economics, international taxation, among others.
This space was an opportunity to encourage further research. It also sought to foster international communications and collaborations, promote professional interaction, and encourage researchers to pursue studies and careers in the development of theory and applications.
