Authorities expressed their greetings to UPeU for its 102 years as an intitution and 38 years as a university.

In this way, the Universidad Peruana Unión ratifies its commitment to train professionals in a «University with principles for a gran finale» and, in each of the actions of service that its students and graduates carry out in favor of the community, today they continue to demonstrate their love for their fellow man in the campaign «Peru, I pray for you».

The «Prayer Gardens» were inaugurated at UPeU to strengthen faith and communion with God

The Psychological Counseling Program of the University Welfare area implemented two prayer gardens with the objective of having spaces to strengthen faith and communion with God.
«Through prayer we can find peace in the face of emotional pain. In this place people can place their requests and know that there is a God who is always at their side,» said Yenny Quea, coordinator of the program.

«Peru, I pray for you» began with visits to hospitals and the Good Hope Clinic to pray for the healing of the sick and comfort for their families

With posters in hand and the distinctive polo shirt of the «Peru, I pray for you» campaign, they gathered outside the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, the San Isidro Labrador Hospital, the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital and the Good Hope Clinic. Health personnel from the above mentioned hospitals were also present.
